Lively and friendly film veteran with 15 years professional experience as a director, editor, producer and general creative artist in the Portland film industry. 2023 OMPA Award Winner for Creative Innovation. As of May 2026, I've amassed 177 IMDb credits as an editor, director of photography, director, producer and more. I have created many films, videos, ad campaigns, a videogame, and more in the general media sphere. I am the creator and showrunner of the puppet comedy project Fogtown, an all-ages mystery TV series and videogame in active development, working with Skywalker Sound and veterans of Sierra On-Line. I also created the finger puppet-based webseries Finger Feuds, which dramatizes real arguments on the internet to heal the world with goofy, cathartic laughter. Additionally, I have 20 years experience composing instrumental music, under the moniker of Otherhome, with an eye toward composing for films and games. Beyond my own work, I'm an experienced editor for hire with a long history of work across feature films, documentaries, sketch comedy, commercials and more. I have also shot several indie features, and do photography for artistic shoots, event coverage, and standard portraits/headshots. More recently, I jumped to the other side of the camera, and now act on occasion — primarily as a narrator/voice artist, but also on the screen and stage, whether for comedy or drama. I became a filmmaker as a kid in the early 90s, and pursued it relentlessly ever since, learning as much as I could about all departments. I love to direct more than anything else, but in the pursuit of better understanding what my colleagues do on the projects I lead, I've thrown myself into learning just about every position one can do on a film, multiple times (except for makeup).
