About
JP has two decades of experience shooting documentaries and commercials, including work for Bank of America, LEGO, SpaceX, and many more. Specializing in the world of macro cinematography, JP has shot extreme closeup work for NatGeo, Masterclass, and IMAX. The biggest adventure so far? Crewing on BBC's Planet Earth 2 and Enchanted Kingdom 3D, where JP filmed for nearly 300 days in eight countries across Africa, from scorching deserts in Ethiopia to the freezing peak of Mt. Kenya. JP honed his film industry experience while living in Los Angeles, including joining the camera department at Evergreen Studios where he built 3D camera systems used on multi-million dollar films. Perhaps most importantly, JP is known for his love of chocolate chip cookies.
