AAP Creative is an Oregon creative studio led by Jon Anderson, bringing together writing, visual design, filmmaking, puppetry, and educational storytelling. Its work spans original intellectual property development and creative support for organizations seeking to communicate their vision.
The studio’s flagship project, Tardigrades in Space, is an original science-fiction property being developed across film, publishing, games, and educational experiences. Its approach pairs entertaining, character-driven stories with rigorous science and opportunities for hands-on discovery.
AAP Creative operates under Stewards of Your Vision LLC and welcomes collaborations with filmmakers, performers, designers, fabricators, educators, and production partners.
About
I’m an Oregon-based writer, producer, creative director, designer, and puppeteer working at the intersection of storytelling, science, and education. My filmmaking began with ambitious independent Super 8 productions in the 1980s and has grown into a multidisciplinary practice spanning film, character development, visual design, and educational media.
I’m the creator of Tardigrades in Space, an original science-fiction story world combining character-driven adventure with scientific curiosity. Through AAP Creative and my educational nonprofit, MrAnderson.Rocks, I develop projects that invite audiences to wonder, explore, discover, and become.
Based in the Albany–Corvallis area, I’m interested in connecting with Oregon filmmakers, artists, educators, and production partners to bring imaginative, meaningful stories to life.
