I have been a musician/ music recording engineer and actor for the last 25 years, working in Portland, Los Angeles and Germany, where I co-owned a music recording studio in Leipzig. Upon returning to the U.S. I moved to NYC and I pivoted to location sound mixing for film and video. Covid-19 shifted things. Finding myself back in Portland, I am excited to throw myself back into production audio. During many smaller productions I grew frustrated that everyone would just assume that good audio was being captured, only to have everyone disappointed by poor equipment, inexperience or both. I want to use my unique skill set of being able to capture solid clean audio while knowing and respecting the nuances of the acting craft.
