We’re putting together a special reel for our Holiday Showcase to celebrate the incredible work Oregon has to offer - and we want to feature you!
If you were part of a production in the past four years, with a preference for work made in the past two years, please send us a short video clip from your project(s). We’ll be creating a fast-paced highlight reel featuring a few seconds from each submission to showcase the amazing creativity across our community.
✅ What to Submit:
Up to 2 short clips (10–30 seconds) from any production you were involved in
or 1 minute of sizzle from work you made between 2021-2025
Horizontal format preferred (but not required) with a minimum resolution of 1080p
Include the name of the production and your role

- Bid online via the Oregon Department of Revenue’s auction site.
- Visit and place your bid before the clock runs out.

❄️OMPA members: Attendance is always free for members! Please RSVP by November 21st at 11:59 pm to guarantee your spot. You may also bring one non‑member guest for just $15. You should have received your special access code to your email. Please let us know if you haven't.
❄️Non‑members: Registration opens on November 22nd, and the cost is $30
❄️Where: Hotel Vance, Portland, OR
❄️When: Thursday, December 11, 2025 | 6-9pm

❄️Appetizers and drinks (yes — delicious bites + festive sips!)
❄️Each attendee will receive one complimentary drink on us.
❄️All proceeds will go towards helping OMPA fund more amazing events and further our work in the community.
❄️Attire Recommendation: Dress to impress! We’re opting for semi‑formal — think cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, nice blazer/dress‑pant combos. No pressure to dress in any way - we aren’t enforcing a dress code - but this is a great occasion to glam up a little and step out in style!
