Abernathy Productions

I’m a Digital Media & Cinema student at Southern Oregon University with a focus on directing, creative direction, and film production. I’ve gained experience through student productions and live broadcast projects, working in roles including production assisting, directing, camera operation, and production coordination. My main goal is to build my career in film production, particularly as a 1st Assistant Director, while continuing to develop my skills as a filmmaker and director. I enjoy being on set, helping productions stay organized and on schedule, and working with a crew to bring a project together. I’m currently looking to gain more professional set experience through productions throughout Oregon. I do not currently have access to my own production kit or equipment, so I’m primarily looking for opportunities where equipment is provided. I’m comfortable working as a PA, AD trainee, or in other production roles where I can contribute to the crew, learn, and gain valuable experience. I’m always looking to connect with other Oregon filmmakers, production companies, and crews and to gain experience on a wide variety of productions.
