House Bill 4153

HB4153 created a Creative Opportunity Program to reinvest in the development of Oregon’s media industry. The fund is a 2% allocation from the existing incentive fund to be used for things like grants, workforce development, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, project support, small business growth, regional production, education and training amongst other things. Passed in the 2022 Legislative Session.
