Senate Bill 1524

SB1524 was an omnibus bill that included a rebate adjustment to the incentive program. This increased the Oregon Production Incentive Fund rebate percentages from 10% labor and 20% goods to 20% labor and 25% goods. While this means we’ll use the available funds more quickly, it is necessary in order to make our program more competitive with other states. Passed in the 2022 Legislative Session.
