OMPA’s Creatives of Color Oregon (COCO) is asking for your help to come up with their new official logo!
Are you an artist, graphic designer, typographer, or a creative extraordinaire? Does the idea of creating a logo excite you?
Are you interested in receiving awesome prizes in exchange for helping COCO launch a new brand identity? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!
COCO needs help creating a new identity and they’re looking to our creative community for help!

Creatives of Color Oregon (COCO) is an OMPA initiative dedicated to cultivating a welcoming and diverse community where creatives of color can find support, and access resources that propel their careers so they can thrive within Oregon’s film and production industry. COCO’s mission is to expand opportunities for creatives of color in career advancement, collaboration, and community growth, with a commitment to inclusivity in every endeavor.
OMPA’s Creatives of Color Oregon (COCO) initiative is creating a unique identity and we’re asking for your creative ideas! We’re hosting a logo design contest to capture the essence of COCO and represent Oregon’s Creatives of Color in film and production.
The winning logo will become COCO’s official design and receive:
• (1) one year-long OMPA membership
• (1) one year-long Open Signal membership
• Featured on the COCO webpage.
The winner will also be highlighted across OMPA’s communication channels. Additional prizes may be added throughout the contest.
