OMPA commits to provide avenues of support to uphold the Oregon Media Production Diversity and Inclusion Pledge, and offers this Pledge to you as a personal commitment you can make to help build a diverse talent pipeline and inclusive work environment.

- I will recommend underrepresented individuals whom I respect to others in a position to hire.
- I will hire at parity and pay equitably at all levels.
- I will create a culture that respects all.
Underrepresented can include: Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPoC), Women, Non-binary Gender, People with Disabilities, and LGBTQIA2S+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and/or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Two-Spirit, plus countless affirmative ways people choose to self-identify).
